    Drip coffee is a kind of portable coffee in which coffee beans are ground and sealed with a filter bag. The production method is as follows: after tearing the bag, open the paper splints on both sides and hang it on the cup, brew it slowly with hot water and drink it. Drip coffee is an instant brewed coffee.


    The coffee is brewed in a drip method, and the acidity, sweetness, bitterness, alcohol, and aroma in the coffee are perfectly reflected. As long as there is a hot water source and a cup around you, you can enjoy it conveniently. Especially suitable for office and travel use.


    Instant coffee: Additive coffee. It is a highly processed coffee drink that can be directly dissolved in water. The nutritional content of instant coffee is not as good as that of traditional coffee brewed from fresh coffee beans. It has higher fat and sugar content, and lower high-quality protein and caffeine. The essence of coffee will be lost during the deep processing of production, and frequent drinking is harmful to a certain extent.


    Drip Coffee: Pure coffee. The ground coffee powder is placed in a bag made of non-woven fabric and packaged. When drinking, it needs to be hung on the mouth of the cup and brewed with boiling water before drinking. You can taste the purest original coffee and give full play to the original nutritional value of coffee.


    Specific brewing steps


    1. Open the package of the drip coffee bag, tear the filter paper bag along the dotted line, hang the drip bag flat on the edge of the cup, pour boiling water into the pour over coffee pot, and let it stand for one to two minutes. (Water temperature is about 90 degrees Celsius)

    2. Water injection for the first time: Slowly inject water into the ground coffee, the amount of water is subject to soaking the coffee.

    3. Leave to steam for 30 seconds.

    4. The second water injection: continue to inject water slowly, and repeat the water injection from the inside to the outside in a circular trajectory, and then from the outside to the inside, and stop when the water volume reaches 150-200 ml (about half a bottle of canned Coke).

    5. The entire duration is controlled at about 1 minute.
