The technical difficulties of composite plastic packaging are mainly reflected in four aspects:

The surface material needs to be high temperature resistant to more than 170 degrees, non-stick hot mold, hot deformation, but under a certain suction, and can reach more than 110% of the pull deformation, easy to heat the material after plastic forming.

The printing accuracy of the surface material is extremely high. Once the printing size error exceeds plus or minus 0.1mm, it will not be able to accurately cut each cheese, which will cause a large number of materials to be scrapped and unable to produce normally.

Cheese filling process requires preheating, heating, blister forming, reheating sealing edge, rapid cooling, inserting rod, filling and other rapid processing processes, the whole process requires each three-dimensional package to be accurately embedded into more than 40 concave mold holes. Therefore, there are strict requirements for the extension and shrinkage resistance of PS materials in the middle layer of packaging.

The inner layer of EVOH barrier membrane is easy to peel off. It should not only have the function of flavor lock, but also have the material characteristics of easy to tear.
