Four-head tracking filling machine

The automatic filling machine adopts the principle of plunger quantitative filling. The bottle entry, positioning filling and bottle exit are all automatically controlled by PLC. It meets the GMP standard and is suitable for liquid paste filling of medicine, food, daily chemical, pesticide and fine chemical industry. At the filling station of the filling machine, since the bottle body is continuously conveyed forward, the tracking filling part is required to be able to realize the four functional actions of tracking down and inserting into the bottle mouth, tracking filling up quickly, and quick return. The movements can be decomposed into horizontal tracking movement and vertical lifting movement, and four functional movements constitute one movement.
